About Us

The Afghanistan Education Support Coalition (AESC) is a non-political, non-governmental, non-profit, and independent organization dedicated to advocating for a balanced, systematic, and people-centered education system. AESC stands firmly against inequalities, corruption, embezzlement, and discrimination in the education sector.

Founded in 2018 and officially registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, AESC emerged in response to urgent needs in the education landscape. Through concerted, comprehensive, and joint efforts, AESC aims to contribute to the growth of the country’s education system.

Our Mission

The mission of AESC is to establish a reliable, accountable, and transparent national institution that advocates for good governance in the field of education. AESC is committed to enhancing the transparency and quality of inclusive and equitable education, while promoting opportunities for lifelong learning, especially for children, youth, vulnerable individuals, and marginalized minorities in a free and safe environment.

Our Goals

 

1. Capacity Building: AESC focuses on building the capacity of educational institutions, individuals, and communities to strengthen the education system in Afghanistan.

2. Litigation in the Education Sector: AESC actively engages in legal processes and litigation to address educational issues, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and protect the rights of students and educators.

 

3. Education Enriched with Commitment and Expertise: AESC strives to cultivate an education system that is rich in committed individuals with expertise in their respective fields, ensuring the provision of quality education to all.
